We process your Personal Data for the purpose of performing the agreement for providing Services to you or taking steps necessary to conclude the agreement or commence providing Services, as well as settling Services. Providing services consists in particular of making the online Platform available for use at the address www.studingo.io and related mobile applications and providing services through or related to them, including sending messages to third parties at your request.
We process your data for the purpose of performing legal obligations, including those resulting from tax and accounting regulations.

Account Information: When registering an account on the Studingo Platform, we ask you to provide information such as your name, email address, and password. Without this information, we are unable to provide you with services.
Transaction Information: If you make financial transactions, for example to purchase a paid subscription, we ask you to provide additional information such as your credit card number, billing address, and full name. This data is collected and processed by our third-party payment service provider, Paddle, and is not stored by Studingo.
Communication Information: We receive any information you provide in communication with us (including via phone, email, chat, or otherwise). Please note that communication and chat features may be provided by third-party services that may receive or have access to content or communications created using these features.
Information we receive automatically when you use the services
Device Information: Like most website operators, Studingo collects information about when Users visit our site and what devices they use. We collect device-specific information (such as hardware model, operating system version, device identifiers such as IDFA and UDID, and mobile network information). We may associate device identifiers or other device information with your Account to help us provide consistent services across all your devices.
Activity Information: When you use Studingo, we automatically collect and store certain information about your activity. This data includes details about how you use our Services, such as clicks and navigation information on the website or mobile application. It may also include data such as:

Your Personal Data will be processed for the duration of the agreement, until the account in the Platform is deleted. The storage period of personal data may in each case be extended by the period of limitation of claims, if the processing of personal data is necessary for pursuing potential claims or for defending against such claims by us.
Your Personal Data will be processed for the period of existence of our legitimate interest, unless you object to the processing of data for marketing purposes.
Your Personal Data may be transferred outside the EEA as part of our use of services provided by suppliers of IT systems and solutions, who may store personal data on servers located outside the EEA (including in the United States), or as part of providing services related to our business activities – to the extent necessary for their execution.

Providing Personal Data for the purpose of creating an account is necessary for concluding and performing an agreement – without providing Personal Data, it is not possible to conclude an agreement and provide services to you.
Providing data for marketing purposes is voluntary.

If we significantly change the way we use your Personal Data, we will notify you by email and/or by a notice on our website.
